Belgian bass Tijl Faveyts is developping a steady carreer in theaters around Europe and abroad. In season 2025-26 he will give his Norwegian debut as Arkel (Pelléas et Mélisande) at the Bergen Nasjonale Opera, and he returns to the Theater de La Monnaie in Brussels as Balducci (Benvenuto Cellini) and the Oper Köln as Hunding (Die Walküre). At the Wagner Days in Budapest he will return as Fasolt (Das Rheingold) and Gurnemanz (Parsifal) under the baton of Ádám Fischer.
